I trained legs today for my first time back in the gym in a month. Stilling squatting 225 lbs x 8 reps x 2 sets. My legs were tired but I got it done.

Tomorrow I switch portfolios on our regional board. It seems like forever since our election. They sent me a 59 page training manual this evening to review for Wednesday's meeting.
