Panels with strings. Places "upper shirt" panel on wall hook, steps forward, grabs strings, ties behind back. Repeat with middle and lower torso. Lower half is likely a little more manageable and can do leggings or skirts normally. Alternatively, a toga or a robe. Her new boyfriend can help.

I greatly appreciate overhead shots that help showcase the dimensions of a character. In this case, the sheer width ratio of Chinova's hips to shoulders, clocking in at 3:1 here (when often, it's more like 2.5:1).
