Made it through 4 of the 10 haunted houses at HHN last night. At midnight the wait times were still over an hour for all of them and we were all pretty sore and tired so we just called it. I think they intentionally over sell the event to push people to buy express passes.

Going to HHN at Universal Orlando tonight. We are doing just one night this year. The crowds are just too much to deal with. Disney is way better about limiting their after hour events, given the fact that they actually limit them.
And Epic Universe still isn't part of annual passes.

I look so young. Picture is from a bowling meet in Seattle in like 2014 I think. One of these guys is no longer in the fandom. Haven't heard from another at all so no sure if they are or not.

Seems a fair amount of people I was friends with just straight up left the fandom. I don't get that to be honest. It's like being a Star Trek fan and then one day saying "You know I'm done with this Star Trek thing." You don't quit Star Trek so how are you quitting the furry fandom?

Love how fur cons are saying no to AI. The fandom is mostly about the art used to bring our creations to life. So we have to put value on the people who, through years of hard work and dedication, honed their abilities to draw.

I get way more engagement on Mastodon than I do here or did on Twitter. Probably going to delete my account here at some point and just stick with Mastodon.
