Second this! For providers & clients alike (as many of us are beginning + continuing a season of travel), please take care to mask in public + on transit as well as receive your seasonal COVID + flu vaccination when you do your STI panel tests! Your health is essential 🖤
I'm seeing so many posts about being sick :( Just want to put it out there that we are in a covid wave, rapid tests are incredibly inaccurate, and the best thing you can do to avoid long term health effects (once you do have covid) is to REST. As much as you can and for as long as you can!
