Congratulations on your new job! The only tip I have is to follow @askamanager.org because her site has the best tips and information on everything workplace-related. Also it’s heartbreaking what’s happening to the translation industry so you’ve done well to find a job in a different field.

I skipped the swatch (because I only printed out two pages of the pattern) and also just guessed at the size of needles I’m using, and it’s still looking good!
