As much as I miss sharing reels with friends, I had to uninstall Instagram. It was difficult. I didn’t realize how addicted I was until I cut myself off. Stay strong!

As a lifelong fan of the art of pro-wrestling, I've often seen it as inspirational. But last night, this quote from Jon Moxley of AEW absolutely snap suplexed my brain in half. Alot of mental challenges this year. Dark thoughts I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. But we don't give up. We never stop.
