Brit living in northern France. Life messed up by Brexit..
Well, the "other place" is particularly rancid today, as GB news, not a news channel apparently, has aired another hit job on the northern French coast. The more the numbers come down, the more desperate they get..

I'm so proud of Yassin. He made Bristol and Britain his home.

He has contributed so much as a Green Party Cllr to his city and to the community in Lawrence Hill.

Solidarity in the face of this Reform fuelled racist hate.

Hope always wins!

A consequence of Brexit? It strikes me that ever since the Brexit vote, bigots of many kinds (homophobes, racists, misogynists) have felt emboldened to vent their prejudice without compunction. Not just an economic disaster, Brexit has lit a bonfire of violent bigotry that is becoming mainstream.

I could handle MSM counting in such detail the number if MPs asking Starmer to go if they fillowed in as much detail the number of deform councillors leaving or left or in trouble for medis posts.. maybe headlines should be 300 mos still support Starmer rather than 74 against. Thusnus ridiculous now

I was in the UK on a family visit yesterday, by chance I cam across the Reform "strike" in Canterbury. I am delighted to report that I could see more anti racism protesters than "strikers" Comedy gold 🤣🤣🤣

At last, after weighing up the decision for a few weeks, I finally unistalled X this morning. Too toxic, too full of propoganda, hate and bigotry. I used to enjoy picking subjects and flooding them with facts. Recently I suddenly realised that the facts don't matter.
