I’ve been on a continuous mission to automate my brag docs for the past 4 years. I’m super happy with my current setup which is an automated skill that collects my achievements across multiple platforms and then compares them to the skills of a staff engineer.

Wow, The Rehearsal season 2 is a masterclass in interpersonal conflicts where power dynamics are at play. So interesting to learn about the aviation side of things, but it also made me reflect on how I handle conflict!
