Some good news; hubby has a new job! Thankfully I won’t have to get a Capability for Work test and things will get back to normal 😅 Totally worth £95 per week in UC… Not.

Learned something very new about Marley today! His Family Before had young children and he remembers that. We’ve never seen him so excited towards a person like he was towards Baby Riley when he visited for a couple of hours today. There were many kisses and lots of Good Boys.

My recent hospital stay revealed an important dilemma. How on earth could we tell our son if things were even more serious? Seemingly we are all blocked at every turn. His youngest brother found that especially devastating. Do we just announce on social media and hope we’re being monitored?

I did not expect my Friday to begin with an episode of Atrial Fibrillation that’s had me in hospital 24 hours later 😬😬😬 Waiting for the all clear after getting new meds. At least I have evidence aplenty that it DOES happen!

In June of 2018 Hugh came to us from the PDWRA. They said he was between 8-10 years old. We said goodbye to him on Thursday 5th March 2026. He was adored by us as well as all of his furry siblings. He was the calmest, most generous dog I’ve ever owned. Fly high sweet Hugh 🌈💔
