Not doing another MH Wilds review until the DLC but wanted to update now that the free updates are done.
The performance still isn't great but I'm very happy with the state of the game. If this is any sign for the quality I can expect from the DLC then it might be the GOTY I was hoping it would be

I was looking through my review thread and I can't believe all of those were this year. It really has been a crazy year in the best and worst ways. I'm sure the worst isn't gonna get much better for a few years but I hope the best keeps coming

I got 100% on Silksong and am halfway through steel soul and while it's an amazing game I think I still have to give GOTY to Clair Obscur but it's not an easy choice at all

Who's going around telling writers it's a good idea to randomly make characters say Japanese words if there's even the slightest Japanese theme? It's like everyone collectively went "anime is popular right? Make them say kawaii" but everyone watching or playing just thinks "why?" or cringes

I watched a playthrough of Alien Isolation since I quit it and I only feel more justified in my decision. Half of the remaining game was exclusively the annoying unscary robots then the alien returns and makes the rest of the game extremely tedious and frustrating
