Probably an unpopular opinion (and I’m not Polish) but I believe Poland will become the European economic powerhouse over the next 20-30 years, replacing Germany, France & the UK.

Google Maps continues to struggle terribly with addresses in Poland. I would say it cannot identify four out of five addresses entered. I’m not really sure why.
Apple Maps isn’t any better.

They’re reducing speed to 20kph over level crossings today in protest at the recent crashes. In both cases, there could have been mass fatalities.

Travelling around Poland by train - fast or slow - is one of life’s great pleasures. A wonderful landscape and nearly always an interesting place to explore at the destination.
