This week, I'm making some Chinese recipes from Fuschia Dunlop's Every Grain of Rice. I highly recommend the zucchini with garlicky sauce! It's going into my regular summer rotation.

For me, the key to a salad as the main dish of a meal is lots of interesting flavors and textures. I made this one tonight (cut the corn, added goat cheese & pepitas) and it was excellent! pinchofyum.com/summer-chipo...
