I joke about it, but Aurora really is an anxious dog. We don’t know what happened to her before she was dumped, but she spent over 8 months at a shelter. She is still scared of outside, noises, etc.
But moments like this, where she is happy and relax and feels safe? The best.

It was a funky latte with 2 slices of dehydrated blood orange, 2 shots of #espresso, a pump of vanilla, and then milk

I found that I had more ground beef than I needed for my first recipe, so… meatballs!!
Winged it with mushroom, herbs de province, crushed up potato chips (yes really), two eggs, & a pinch cornmeal because I made it too wet (oops)
Sautéed, Soaked in plant milk (pistachio this time) and serve
