New Yorkers should know whether the apartment they’re looking at is real.

That’s why we’re working to require apartment listings to clearly disclose when images and videos have been generated by AI.

Finding a home in New York is hard enough without artificially generating more problems.
Is That Fireplace Real or A.I.?
Listing sites are littered with homes with fake fireplaces, improved views and virtual landscaping, raising false advertising concerns.

Many do not understand how much I will correct myself. I am constantly self-flagellating I promise you don’t need to do it

The psychiatrist did, in fact, mess up somewhere when he took me completely off the antidepressant that treats my undiagnosed OCD and swapped it out for the antidepressant that increases anxiety

Wait, are hard graders like that because they believe being average in a difficult class is more beneficial to the student than getting a high grade in an easy class? And of course because they might be assholes

I love my locs but I feel like I cannot properly express the degree to which it is not intentional that my hair is in a bob right now. This is just what they’re ready to be for me right now
