Please don't overreact to Roberts Court decision on the contemplated USPS ballot moves

They simply held that the injunction came too early in the process, before there was a final rule👇

Now we HAVE a final rule & we will litigate it. I'm as confident in our arguments here as in any of our cases!

Watch @premthakker.bsky.social ask Sen. Susan Collins if she regrets funding ICE given its recent killing, including of 26-year-old Maine resident Joan Sebastian Guerrero. Collins defends herself saying it went to bodycams & training.

ICE wasn’t wearing bodycams when they killed Guerrero.

* Comey (EDVA) & James (EDVA, NDNY)
* Jerome Powell & MN politicians (quashed subpoenas)
* Abrego, Broadview Six, six Dem lawmakers, and more

This is FALSE. ICE data showed DHS averaging 1,259 deportations/day through April 4. There is ZERO sign deportations rose by 154% since.

Mullin also mixes up DHS's (also FALSE) claim that 70% arrested have any criminal record at all, and claims that 70% are felons. Wildly wrong.
Markwayne Mullin says DHS is deporting over 3,200 people a day

These strikes have now killed at least 214 people. The public deserves answers.

Gov. Polis’ commutation of Tina Peters’ sentence is wrong.

She is in prison because she broke the law and was given an appropriate sentence.

As Governor, I will always stand up for the rule of law and fight for election integrity--and never give in to the bullying of the Trump Administration.
