I have wanted to go to a barber for a while and get my head shaved by a professional and my mustache/goatee tidied up. It has been 30/31 years since I last went to a barber. I was pleased with the results. I will continue to do it myself but will go back as a treat now and then.

I attended my aunt's funeral Friday. She was 91 and had Alzheimer's disease. It was sad to hear my cousin telling me how she was the first one forgotten out of the six kids by my aunt because she was the youngest. Alzheimer's disease is hell for everyone.

It was a beautiful day today. It is now at its highest temperature of the day, 82°F/27°C, and humidity at 29%. Low humidity in the summer is a rare treat. I mowed the grass today. It takes a while, but I put on my headphones and music, and away I go.
