No. Someone bought a similar domain, redirected to the real one and got high enough in the search engine to beat the real site then flipped it to the DOJ redirect. No hacking, just long term plotting.

By that argument I've been dead three times in the last two years. Stop taking TV shows as real. Real ambulances only go sirens running if the patient is unstable or there is a critical injury.
