I spoke to Mitch today for about 20 minutes. He said he supports universal healthcare, paid 12-month maternity leave and free childcare now. He also said he regrets blocking Obama's SCOTUS nominee. (I like this game!)

Fines need to be a percentage of overall revenue, not "profits." Fine them 25% of revenue if you really want to make it hurt and be a deterrant. $3.3 million is chump change to these guys making billions of dollars.

This should have been a 9-0 decision. The fact that four of them would have gone along with this blatantly unconstitutional order should be a HUGE wake-up call to anyone who claims to revere our founding documents.

ALL top-tier athletes should boycott. This needs to be across the board, not shouldered by a single ethnicity. Frankly, every artist should cancel performances in these states as well. Movies should move productions. In essence, treat the south like South Africa under apartheid. That's where we are.

I agree. But the answer isn't allowing unsafe drivers on the road. It's finding a solution to serving those people in another way.
