Il negoziato è davvero l’unica strada possibile per mettere fine alla strage degli ucraini. Visto che nessuno finora è riuscito a far sedere Putin al tavolo, sarebbe molto utile che Giuseppe Conte si mettesse a capo di una delegazione gradita ai russi e si intestasse la moral suasion del Cremlino.
