An immigrant from a far southern land, Vanguin is constantly mystified how people seem to deal with above-freezing temperatures so easily. He mainly gets by with a cap full of ice, a constant supply of frozen treats, and an AC system that makes his electric bill cost more than his rent.

Russ Ionescu, also known as Bifrost! With his telekinetically-controlled sword and the soles of his boots, he can create hard-light projections and repulsive blasts, enabling stalwart defense, ranged offense, and flight.

Bifrost, a bright teal anthropomorphic pigeon wearing a brown bomber jacket and boots over a black bodysuit, which is tucked under the rainbow feathers of his chest.
