Finished Scarlet Nexus.
The gameplay was very solid, and the plot was nice enough, even if it was a bit nonsensical in parts.
I found Kasane’s story arc and party much more interesting than Yuito’s though. He suffered from the classic "generic anime™ good guy protagonist" syndrome.

I watched Other Mommy. It was a good movie. Not an amazing one, but still enjoyable.
It had a really fast pace, without all those super-slow horror™ scenes, which I actually liked. It’s not like you have to walk through the house in slow motion in every horror movie 🤣

I watched Other Mommy. It was a good movie. Not an amazing one, but still enjoyable.
It had a really fast pace, without all those super-slow horror™ scenes, which I actually liked. It’s not like you have to walk through the house in slow motion in every horror movie 🤣

I needed something queer, and I needed something smart and fun. This seemed to be it.
I have a goofy grin plastered on my face while I read. And every now and then, I get hit with a devastating wave of cosmic depression. It’s a mix I love.

I liked it. It had some nice easter eggs too. It felt more like RE than I expected, honestly.
There were scenes that were both funny and unsettling at the same time. Idk how it managed to do that, but it did.

one thing i really hope for in a future RE game is for them to go into more depth with Jill’s deep trauma and psychological scars from everything that shes been through because i feel like it’s very often overlooked and doesn’t get talked about enough

This was short. But intense.
Not so much because of the three boss fights, but because of the chase that followed. I died three times like an idiot: I couldn't find the stairs and had to start all over again.
I swear, games used to be way more sadistic.
