I’m still playing around with the scenario but I like the idea that at some point its just unbearable, like just standing in line for grooming makes him crazy, and B1-48-B just flat out begs Nick to stay with him. FYI: B1 has no idea what’s happening to him yet. 🐛🧚♀️

Basically, the grooming sessions can cause arousal bc the Mutri are being gently touched all over lol
But B1-48-B gets aroused EVERY TIME Nick does a check up. Eventually some biological flip gets switched and his brain wires “Nick” to “un-mated queen” and he goes bonkers for him.

Ok making an alien species. Calling them “Mutri” - a hive species. They’re difficult to communicate with because theyre very instinctual and a lot of rules need to be followed while in their colony. But when a mold starts causing colony collapse the Mutri call out to the Alliance for help.

Privacy is hard to find inside the colony. Human crews will camp inside the structure for several months at a time. B1 takes his job as guide very seriously & will sit outside the tents. Nick, after a strenuous day, thought he we being quiet enough. His scent tho? (BTW Nick is a very shy person)

Soon after the human crew moved in, they quickly set up inspection & cleaning stations for the Mutri. Group grooming is a pleasurable experience for most Mutri, and they took to being inspected/cleaned very easily. Some did abuse the system, tho, returning time and time again with “complaints” :3c

Nick is one of the human crew that was sent into the worst affected area of the colony. He had only ever lived on Earth before now-although he’s studied aliens he’s never gotten the chance to meet any. B1-48-B has never studied aliens, and knows nothing about life outside the colony, and loves Nick.
