studies show eating dinner before 6pm is best, get that mise en place going on your commute to work so you don’t have to do much on your way home. by the time you’re in the driveway you can walk your dinner to the table.

My friend came over today and she was sitting at the kitchen table having coffee. My dog loves running full force down our stairs and jumping into people’s laps. He tried to do that to her, she was startled and didnt catch him (Not sure who other than me would) he bounced off onto his butt
