Yesterday was tiring,
But incredibly satisfying!
The little one and me enjoyed being part of a sea of orange in Gravesend (1700 walkers) and walking for over 8 Km over 2 hours through the town.

Amazing experience and lovely community spirit at the annual Ellenor Twilight walk🚶.

It was a very special moment today. I joined the late effects of cancer service in RMU at UCLH thirteen years ago. I was lucky to have Prof Melanie Davies and Prof Gerard Conway as mentors - they were the best I could have.

Balance exercises primarily protect bones by preventing the falls that cause dangerous fractures, while also strengthening the stabilising muscles that support the skeletal system.
