Behind my house high on the mountain there’s a radio tower that’s loomed over our village since I came to Wales when I was 7 years old.
I decided to hike up to it last week and see what view the tower was enjoying.
I enjoyed a thermos of coffee while taking in this stunning view of Aberfan.

It's 3:39am. He's up again. It's the third time tonight. It won't be the last. He's looking for comfort and can't find it. The meds are not working. All he wants is for me to be there. So I grabbed some pillows and a blanket and slept next to him on the floor. It's going to be another rough night.
