Viago is 10000% there for Tamsin. Everything leading up to the Antaam incident left her sure he no longer wanted her, and she's still struggling with it at the end of the game. She has to admit she's proud of herself regardless of what he thinks before she can leave.
Tamsin is an expert at designing and building tech. Usually weapons, because Crow, but after Veilguard she starts figuring out how to build less deadly stuff. She actually taught Viago the skills he used to build tjose poison ballistas, and seeing him arrive with them was a joy for her. 😂

I was not a gamer until Dragon Age. I thought I "wasn't coordinated enough" to play video games. But then my partner and I got DA:O in 2011 - I was already 30-something - and I gave it a shot. Nearly 15 years later, gaming is practically my life, and I've made so, SO many friends because of it.
In honor of #DragonAgeDay and because I genuinely love it when people gush about #dragonage, what does Dragon Age mean to you?

I was not a gamer until Dragon Age. I thought I "wasn't coordinated enough" to play video games. But then my partner and I got DA:O in 2011 - I was already 30-something - and I gave it a shot. Nearly 15 years later, gaming is practically my life, and I've made so, SO many friends because of it.
Overly dramatic rock, pagan flavored folk, and kpop. That seems about right for my general tastes. Just missing synthwave, mostly because the new Midnight album didn't come out until late year.

Tamsin's reputation has been weird for her. She was well liked by a bunch of normal people in Treviso, but the Crows that gathered at the Diamond never really seemed to warm up to her. Post-game, her hero reputation doesn't sit well with her, and it takes her a while to adjust.

Sometimes you find a fic and go "they absolutely would not fucking say that, but you've made it super hot, so I can pretend that they're acting in a movie for a while." Which is a compliment, btw, love it when someone can sell something that I would otherwise dismiss as out of character.

Depends on the universe. In the 2 Rooks AU I write with a friend, it's Kamari, a Mourn Watcher. In vanilla game universe, it's a combination of Lucanis and Bellara.

For Tamsin, I think it's simply the way Lucanis is built - like a gymnast, compact frame with broad shoulders. His whole physical presence just makes her want to cling to him from very early on, which she tries in vain to hide for a long time. 😆

Tamsin doesn't really have a parental figure. Her mother was an abusive drunk, and Tamsin hasn't seen her since she was around 8. She lived in a Crow training center for the next few years, and was 15 when Viago came along. Varric probably came closest, tbh, for what little time she knew him.

Tamsin has learned a lot of things from spending a lot of jobs impersonating servants and staff, and from befriending staff. She's a very competent lady's maid, and can replicate a variety of complex hairstyles ... as long as they're on someone else. 😆
Altara is quite a talented singer and dancer, having gone undercover as an entertainer once or twice.
