Dear everybody: avoid Hollywood Private Hospital (Perth, Western Australia) emergency department at all costs! Actually... at no costs as it's awful, expensive and there's a much better free emergency department just down the road 🙄

Well, we were hoping to be back in the UK for four or five weeks right now but health issues put that plan on hold. Not terribly unhappy about that now, looking at the weather :( We needed aircon in London last year, and it was nowhere near as hot as this year!

I am ludicrously excited to see the new season of Father Brown, just to spot the 11 second shot I watched them spend over half an hour filming (including tech runs, dud takes etc) last year in Blockley. I was chatting with the head of cinematography and he said it's par for the course. Crumbs!

Fellow #auDHD #StardewValley players, have you been able to rein in the time you spend in game? I want to do EVERYTHING the game offers & am hermitting badly 😟
Secondary question: are co-ops good as tasks can be shared? I guess you'd have to find a very like-minded group for that to work...

Last week's #chalkpastel #lifedrawing, which I was thrilled with (as were other students, teacher etc - engage smug mode), but I amazingly feel like I see improvement in this week's work. Nifty! #bacheloroffineart #curtinuniversity

I think I've got over my fear of using colour, thanks to the fabulous #drawing elective that finished today. Also, pastels seem to be a GOOD THING for me! There are bits I'd tinker with if I'd had the time, but v happy anyway. #fineart #curtinuniversity #chalkpastels #lifedrawing

It shits me that my anxiety re the changes to #NDIS are such that I can't face learning more about them. Awaiting a reassessment of funding, having provided a lengthy (and expensive) Functional Capacity Assesment report, and now I feel like the little help I have now could be taken away. Sigh.

Torn between wishing the Iranian women well and wanting South Korea to win so the #Matildas come second in the group & I get to see them play a #WomensAsianCup quarter-final here in Perth! Attending two live Matildas' matches during the tournament would be v nice indeed :)

Didn't we use to have a rule about important sporting events having to be available free-to-air in Australia? Bugger all Women's Asian Cup matches on free-to-air :/ Women's sport still not important enough, perhaps?

Fatigue flooped and binging #HowToGetToHeavenFromBelfast. Many reviews saying "but it's not Derry Girls so it's not good!" I'd have been disappointed if #LisaMcGee was a one trick pony, personally. I'm finding it CLASS!
