Hey folks we have some good news!
After poking around a bit while preparing from our old snapshot, we found that the attacker only wiped 1 drive and the rest of our ZFS array was intact! We are currently waiting on it to resilver.
So, we will have NO DATA LOSS AFTER ALL!!!!!

Adults wear underwear with prints on them all the time but the moment it's absorbent it's automatically Bad and Evil. Disabled people often aren't afforded the same grace for the same things that able bodied folks otherwise wouldn't bat an eye at.
the amount that the whole anti-DL sentiment glazes over the fact that a lot of people that *are* in this community also overlap with it because they have bladder/bowel control issues & want to feel a little better about their disability is sorta a big reminder that a lot of it is steeped in ableism

I think a lot of people with chronic white guilt love this idea that just having frowned upon kinks is political praxis because it lets them feel like they’re politically radical without having to actually learn about things and feel uncertain about whether the way they see the world is right

It's at its core an ableism argument. Being disabled is culturally shameful. Adults aren't meant to be celebrating openly something that is meant to be a humiliating secret, so they must be punished or at least hidden away. If they are not ashamed of themselves others must fulfill the norm for them.
