Would need to do a research on what works with your body. It starts with the mind out. At least for me. I wish you truly the best and you will have my support whenever you need it. Some strangers are kind but please be cautious if you look into PCOS communities. They can be god but just as bad.

A lot of women in the PCOS/PMOS communities can be toxic as fuck. It was a long road for me but at 39 with type 2 diabetes. Everything us managed. Lost 50 lbs. Mental health specialist helped with a lot of my noise. If you need anything else. Im a message away. All I can do is guide you but you 4/?

Children. Thats when the real testing happen....but had the unfortunate luck once again to say my ovaries are OK. I kept fighting. Things are only better now because my mental health doctor pushed for test. More protein diet. Find a comfortable diet. Please dont just find a popular one like keto 3/?

Has been renamed PMOS. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) was officially renamed Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS). It was always a issue with our hormones. I ended up getting type 2 diabetes because of how waved off I was by doctors until I had to lie through my teeth and say I 2/?

Not going to lie and im glad you are being diagnosed now. Ive been with this my entire life and pushed over. Its a hard road. I would definitely suggest to find a doctor thats not going to push you eating better. Or say "well you don't have anything wrong with your ovaries." Last month PCOS 1/?
