The Maryland State Highway Administration will be hosting an informational meeting this Wednesday, April 22, 2026. at 7pm the Village at Waugh Chapel Village Commons Community Center. This meeting is in person only and is open to the public.

Yesterday's we joined Delegate Dana Jones, Delegate Dylan Behler and numerous volunteers to help clean up the World War II memorial in Annnapolis. As we approach Veteran's Day please take a moment to remember those who served.

Congratulations to IAFF 1563, which represents our Anne Arundel Firefighters, on your 60th Anniversary. I am proud to have a record supporting our first responders. Proud to have supported legislation that helped with cancer screening and hearing loss.

Tonight the GORC Wildcats celebrated their Homecoming. It is exciting to see so many families in the community participating in GORC and its programs.
We also announced the dedication of new scoreboard at GORC Park which was paid for by a state legislative bond initiative. What a great event.
