Exactly five years ago today, I was on the highway on my motor cycle when a car from the next lane spun out from a crash and slammed right into me.
Despite the pain, I still see it as a good experience. It completely shifted my outlook on life and death.

I've realized that I spend way too much time scrolling and not enough time doing things, and I have a particular project or three that I want to get done by the end of the year, so I am logging out of social media until the new year.

I didn't know @jayaxer.bsky.social 's name when I first saw his work in the 00s but it left a very, VERY strong impression.
The world was a lot more easygoing back then, and there are certain vibes in art of that era you don't really see now.
