He needs to be impeached and removed. Expand the court to 13 - term limits of 2, 6-year terms. Require a non-partisan panel to make recommendations of centrist judges to the President who, in turn nominates to the Senate. If the Senate refuses to act, the nominee becomes a Justice after 75 days.
