Although there is a "sweet spot" where intention and action aligns, they are still two separate things- Your actions are what people have an impression of, and so you'll need to evaluate your actions before acting-

It is important to take a step back and see what is really happening. It is a promising sign at a particularly dark moment in our history. It can mean we can recover our footing and our standing and the promise of our future in 2026 and 2028 elections and beyond. That should be our common goal.

It is refreshing to meet someone and talk about what happened and then they sit with you and go "Yes you meant one thing but you did another and the thing you actually did is the problem and you should take accountability for it" because it puts shit into perspective without being an enabler-

i think, people who back up their apologies with action can be given a chance to earn trust back. doesn't mean no consequences but it's better for society and our collective humanity to give people a way out. (barring some particularly horrible crimes ofc)

They are going to new lengths to shame and dehumanize KIDS. I can only imagine how this will set up these kids to be brutally bullied. How they will have to leave their school buildings to engage in the most basic of human functions and be taunted as they do so. This is horrific. 2/

Idk how true that last part is, but if it IS true, it's insanely shitty of a thing to do- If you get called out via a Google Doc, your job is to settle fact from fiction (with proof) and take accountability for the things you've done- Harming yourself or otherwise guilting others is not the answer-
