This female Pileated Woodpecker was hammering away on a tree when a Sharp-shinned Hawk landed nearby, followed by the hawk being promptly dive-bombed by Blue Jays. After the hawk left, the Pileated decided to head out for a different, and probably quieter, tree.

Toucanets smaller mostly green plumage
They live in South Mexico all the way down to N Argentina
