The Way of Dad is open. I'm a salt and pepper dad, an executive, and a coach, and I'm in your corner for the thing you haven't said out loud yet. Real talk, real care, no judgment. Pep talks by phone or video. Just reach out.
For the guys who do their hardest thinking at 11pm. I've been there more nights than I'd like to admit. Write it down tonight. Tell me tomorrow. I'll be here. What's keeping you up tonight?

Thirty pounds down since August. Not from punishing myself. From deciding I care about the man I'm still becoming, and finding out the body is the fastest way to change the weather in my head. Saying the hard thing out loud works the same way. Show up, say it, it gets lighter.

Here's what a Dad in your corner actually looks like. You reach out, I answer. I tell you the truth, with real care. I'm still here on Tuesday. Hugs, tears, laughs, screams, all of it welcome. Bring the thing you haven't said out loud yet.

This is where I go when I need to hear myself think. Everybody needs a place like this, and a person to think out loud with. Moving my body is how I get my head back. If you don't have either yet, borrow mine for fifty minutes. Just reach out.

Here's how a pep talk works. You DM me, we pick a time, and it's fifty minutes by phone or video, just us. You talk, the messy version. I listen for where it all meets, the one shift the rest would follow, and tell you what I see, with care. $100 the first time. No app, no forms.

What a pep talk is for. The guy you can't stop thinking about. The job you're scared to leave. The father who never called back. Coming out at 38. The thing that doesn't have a name yet. None of it is too small, and none of it is too much. Just reach out.

You don't have to have it figured out before you say it. Most of us never do. Say the messy version, and we'll work it out together. That's what a Dad in your corner is for.

I'm six five, salt and pepper, gay, and a dad. I've spent my career leading big teams, and my whole life being the guy people call when it's real. I've been through plenty of it myself, and I really care about the men in it right now. That's what this is. A Dad in your corner.
