I don't know how we make it happen, but the abuse of urgency under this term of government has been so nakedly damaging to our democratic infrastructure, that it's the strongest argument for constitutional change I've seen in a while.
This is just disgusting: an assault on how the kāwanatanga should be meeting its obligations under the Tiriti being pushed through using urgency.
Opposition parties should make clear they will require a supermajority for urgency in future.
