I wondered if that brainworm snacked on his vocal cords, but Google says no, the conditions are not related. The worm's dead but there may be damage. The voice is from a neurological condition he's had surgery for. It can also be treated with Botox in the vocal cords. Neither condition causes lying.

In the 25 years since 9/11, the United States has spent $8 trillion+ on wars that have taken millions of lives in the name of fighting "terror."
