David, I'm torn by two things:

1) This admin, from Trump through Hegseth, is a disaster for the DoD and our troops, and any decision they make is suspect

2) The Chinese, Russians, Iranians, etc are definitely pushing forward with AI and autonomy and there's a legit need to keep up
