Definitely a valid concern. During the church arc, Denji chose to stay Denji for Nayuta and it made him miserable. Then he chose to be CSM and it hurt Nayuta.
I’m hoping in this case because he’s being CSM to protect and empower Asa that it will be different.

One of the initial things I liked about it is it seemed to be authored by someone who’d had a bit of sex and not hated it.
