updog update! grad school has been crazy, which is to be expected, but i'm working on three new works this year and i'm just so stoked. md'ing for a new musical, md'ing for a merry wives adaptation, and then workshopping my own original show in the fall. grad school was definitely the right move

happy new years y’all! here’s my resolutions:
- submit my grad school app
- finish PMDDex through gen 1
- get back in the gym and hopefully not develop a sickness that knocks me out for a month randomly
- hit 1200 in plat in rivals 2 at least once
what’s everyone else’s? :)

the cool part about getting into merrily we roll along is that the more you think about it the more you want rip frank shepard’s body apart with your bare hands

my goal at the beginning of this year was to make it to 1200 in ranked points in Rivals 2... We're 17 days out from the new year and here's where I've been able to reach. master rank feels so good and i can't wait to not touch ranked for the rest of the season

nothing makes me see the passage of time more than seeing the undergrads in my drama program playing roblox during rehearsal when they're not on stage. for me it was my 3ds

One of my favorite parts about grad school is that I get to cuss in class and I mean that full heartedly

playing in a 20s-40s style dnd campaign and finally decided to make the dragonborn paladin i've been holding off on for years! went with a noir style detective to fit the theme since my last character at the table was a jazz musician and died :(
this guy's name is leon!

honestly it still feels unreal that i get to go get my master's fully funded... never mind the fact that i'm starting in less than two months now. this year has been a WHIRLWIND

decided to finally take a listen to some of mario kart world's ost and it is an absolute CRIME that this is easily one of the best video game ost's i've ever listened to considering how i feel about nintendo rn. they just made a jazz album where every single track has a keys solo. based, honestly

I don't why league of legends is getting a sudden surge of players but i think it has to with civil tension

#rivals2 tier list based on how fun it is to fight against them (context: mid-plat ~1200 ELO, main wrastor)
ranno and zetter NEED to get looked at. i know that at top level they're probably not huge issues but for the rest of us below diamond it is genuinely so stressful/annoying to play against
