I convinced myself that one soda a month was okay. A splurge of sorts or a reward for cutting it out.
I opened a soda and then opened a Mexican coke tonight and just stared at them. Didn't take a sip.

In my 100 day challenge I've cut out soda and my go-to late night food binges.
I've substituted sparkling water and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (forgot how much I love these).

Today is Friday and day 13 of trying to do 100 things a day for 100 days towards life improvement.
It caters towards growing the bookstores, but also includes health.
So far highlights include hosting a personal movie club, selling books for a local celeb author, no soda intake and weight loss.

A child asks about the poison dart frogs at the bookstore. We talk and they get into asking about the scientific names of various frogs to which I happen to be able to answer.
The mom looks at me like, "why/how do you know that"?
