Guess I’m gonna need to prioritize watching this @flicker-alley.bsky.social MOD Blu-ray for J’Accuse (1919) because I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a disc that was this badly scratched all to kingdom come. Like legitimately this looks horrendous. As long as it plays fine… I guess.

I like glancing at my ClearSky stats on occasion. Apparently I picked up 5 new blocks in the last month or so. I thought I was a pretty chill dude, it kinda hurts my feelings a bit. They didn’t even tell me why or explain themselves. I like to know those sorts of things bc they can help one grow.

I think I’ve only logged like 30 hours and I’m up to level 18 already. Barely scratched the surface. Enjoying the exploration aspect more than anything.

I think I’m firmly addicted to FFXIV.
I feel both aimless in a goal and overwhelmed by what I need to do/learn which is one extreme to the other. I don’t know how much staying power the game has for me right now, I’ll be perfectly frank here. I want to like and play FFXIV but time will only tell.

early impressions after 4 hours — really like the feel of things and I don’t mind having a lot to do but I feel aimless and having to remember all these buttons to do various things is incredibly daunting and exhausting. I imagine it would be a lot easier to manage with a keyboard or gaming mouse.
About to jump into the free trial for FFXIV on the Switch 2 and I’m lowkey terrified because everyone tells me how dangerously addicting it is and how it’s going to be my entire life for the foreseeable future.

Decided it was just easier to clean up data from games I have not yet even played and can just reinstall them when I get around to them. Freed up a lot of internal memory. Managed to put this off for a little bit longer thankfully or perhaps to my detriment if the storage cost continues to increase.
trying to decide if I want to do a dedicated 256gb memory card for FFXIV or buy another 512gb since it’s just a little more and provides a cushion.
