I'm already tensing up and losing all my energy thinking of going in tomorrow. it's not even that bad but it makes me want to cry because it feels like I'm wasting most the hours of my life there

In my head it's this constant looming thing where on one hand, I don't want to do it, but on the other hand I've convinced myself that it's the best deal I'm going to get in this climate, so no other possibilities seem promising
