One of my favorite thoughts is: "You can be absolutely right about something that does not help you move forward." I try to remember that one when I'm arguing for my limitations or past things that may have been true, but not helpful to me in the now.

Thanks for this. I downloaded their app. I think people get more of what they focus on, whether they want it or not, so focusing on things that feel good is so important.
