We quit screens cold turkey with our 4-year-old 3 weeks ago and the difference is startling. His behavior, regulation, and cooperation are 10x better. He's happier, more stable, and plays independently for hours. It was like a factory reset for a happy kid!

Stop power struggles with your 4-year-old! Play the 'Daddy Robot' game for 5-10 mins each morning. Let them program you to meet their need for control. This makes them cooperative all day!
