The Milwaukee Common Council has passed a flock (no, wait, different word!) of policies addressing ICE, and as far as I know, Mayor Johnson has signed every one into law. He's not an "activist" mayor, but he's doing all right.

The Milwaukee County Board passed similar legislation. Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley, who hopefully our next Wisconsin Governor, signed each one into law. He just signed an ALPR-removal policy as well.
'Ice Out Milwaukee' Legislation at the City and County Levels
Items being considered include banning ICE from city properties, banning ICE agents from wearing face coverings and opening an office specifically for folks new to Milwaukee.
