The accessibility stuff even helps in standard gameplay. Some of the hidden tokens don't appear on the map, and they blend in so well to the environment, a lot of the walkthroughs and guides mention using High Contrast modes with custom colours so they can actually be seen.

Would it fall under the same kind of grey area *wink wink nudge nudge* that youtubers playing ROMs do, where it's technically against terms of use, but companies look the other way because it's not direct piracy?

Don't feel like you have to play 3. I held off til I got a Switch 2 (which I did a couple weeks ago). It runs fine on S2, but everything else is...oof. Some good gameplay ideas held back by poor execution, and the worst character assassination since the ill-fated Hitman/Disney World crossover.

Yeah, Superman was super racist towards the Japanese for a while. I think Spidey might actually be clean though, I can't think of a notorious story where Spidey himself is an asshole (barring Black Sut, which everyone loves). All his bad stories are because of others. Mephisto, Norman, Jackal, Paul.

The "official canon" also had Xavier wanting to marry a teenage Jean, only stopping himself from asking because of his wheelchair. Funny how no one ever complains about that divergence.
