If you post a drawing of a character that's naked, absent any other context, what indicates consent? What if you're voyeuristically watching them? Could the rule change mean literally any nsfw image is at risk? could art be removed and accounts banned arbitrarily at the whims of a rogue moderator?

These companies will kill us. They are killing us. Ring the alarms on them because they wanted it to be this way to fill their wallets on our suffering. Don’t buy into this crap.
