I’ve been chaos gardening for years. I started with herbs, all flavors of mints, thymes, sage, lavender…etc. Easy to grow perennials, and can be rooted easily for new plants. It builds confidence I think. This year, I started seeds in freezer bags outside for veggies, works great. Good luck to you.
