It has come again for my own MH and anxiety to be tested again in the fires of life.
I have found myself growing in my professional life again, and it tugs on my private personal one too.
Events that show up have pushed me to my comfort zone and to the edge.
I am now making it more comfortable

Writing physically is very different and relaxing than typing out ... I only recently started to get back into physically writing on paper but nothing I am comfortable with sharing.

Feels weird to take a step back from having a reaction to being disrespected and being angry at the situation... And then clearly outline it with the person... Twice!
